Summer Saturdays back with a bang in South Yorkshire
DONCASTER Racecourse has announced the line-up for the highly anticipated Summer Saturday series for 2026, in partnership with Meadowhall.
For the first time, Meadowhall are sponsoring this year’s series after a successful partnership at last year’s Betfred St Leger Festival Ladies’ Day.
The Summer Saturday series will be taking place across selected Saturdays from May through to August, delivering a mix of elite racing action followed by post-racing performances.
The series will bring seven live acts and themes to Doncaster Racecourse across seven iconic summer race days, as part of the build-up to the 250th anniversary of the world-famous St Leger Stakes at the 2026 Betfred St Leger Festival.

Highlights include a 90s Hangover set from DJ Chris Moyles, a live post-racing performance from The Lottery Winners, plus a DJ set from social media sensation and assistant manager of Royal Oak FC, Steve Bracknall.
Starting the series indoors, the first two events will be hosted in the large exhibition hall, which contains numerous bars and betting facilities.
The rest of the Summer Saturday series will be hosted outdoors on the County enclosure Champagne Lawn stage.
The full line up includes:
Daytime Disco – May 2
Queenz Drag Show – May 16
Chris Moyles 90s Hangover – June 6
Lottery Winners – June 20
Ultimate 80s Party – July 18
Steve Bracknall DJ Set – August 1
Wallen & Combs Tribute – August 15
Rachel Harwood, executive director of Doncaster Racecourse, said: “We’re bringing the Summer Saturday series back with a bang this year in partnership with Meadowhall for the first time.
“We’ve announced a brilliant entertainment line-up that we know is going to bring the party atmosphere to the racecourse after an action-packed day of racing.
“Bringing iconic names including Chris Moyles and Steve Bracknall to the racecourse means we really are set to ensure an incredible experience for every racegoer this summer.”
Tickets start from £5, and to enjoy the live entertainment, racegoers must have a County ticket, starting from £32.
To enjoy the entertainment indoors on the first two dates, racegoers require a Grandstand or above ticket, and access to the outdoor entertainment on all other days is exclusively available to County, Premier and Hospitality ticket holders.
