'Legends' The Reytons make town proud with art trail
THE Reytons have been hailed as “absolute legends”- by the organisers of the Pride of Yorkshire public art trail.
For the first time, the Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity fundraising animal sculptures are going beyond Sheffield – and will be in Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster from next month.
The Reytons have their very own lion sculpture – and took a quick 'paws' in their busy schedule to sign the artwork in Clifton Park.
A spokesperson for the Pride of Yorkshire trail said: “We're so excited that Rotherham's finest have joined the Pride!

“Lion Off The Estate was designed and painted by Steve White, aka It’ll Do Art, and celebrates the band's rise from local pubs to selling out arenas.
“Fresh from announcing a world tour, the band made time to head down to their beloved Clifton Park to sign and pose with the lion ahead of this summer’s trail launch.
“And what’s even better?
“They even helped carry it back to the van for us afterwards.

“Absolute legends!
“When the trail goes live, Reytons fans will be able to find Lion Off the Estate where it belongs – in Clifton Park!”
The trail will feature 150 lion sculptures across South Yorkshire and will celebrate 150 years of Sheffield Children’s Hospital while raising money towards a major transformation of the hospital’s Emergency Department.
