Hide AdIf Rotherham fail to pick up any points in the capital on Saturday and relegation rivals Blackburn and Nottingham Forest both win, along with Burton Albion not losing, the Millers’ drop to League One will be confirmed with eight games remaining.
Other permutations include Blackburn winning at home to Preston, Burton avoiding defeat and Forest picking up a point against Derby, meaning the Millers would then only be able to draw level on points with Forest, with goal difference all but sending them down.
