Corn Law Rhymer pub up for sale
The Corn Law Rhymer, High Street, has been made available by pub chain Wetherspoon as part of its plans to sell a number of sites across the country.

Hide AdEddie Gershon, spokesman for Wetherspoon, said the pub would remain open until a buyer was found.
He also said once it closed, staff at the pub would also be offered new jobs with the company.
Mr Gershon said: “We understand that our customers will be disappointed that The Corn Law Rhymer is on the market.

Hide Ad“Wetherspoon has put a selection of pubs on the market and this includes one in Rotherham.
“The pub will continue to remain open and trading as a Wetherspoon until a buyer is found.
“When a buyer is found all staff at the pub will be offered other jobs within the company or might decide to remain with the new owners.”
