A family from Rotherham has shown that even the newest businesses can make the biggest impact.

Just two months after launching their window cleaning business, Window Ninjas, the family - who started the company as a way to work together through complex mental health challenges including C-PTSD and Generalised Anxiety Disorder - had started a fundraising campaign to support BBC's Children in Need.

The idea for the business came from the need to create a supportive working environment. But their mission quickly evolved beyond their own healing. Driven by empathy and a desire to help others facing similar challenges, Window Ninjas is now actively supporting charitable causes.

Despite being operational for only two months, the team have already launched a community fundraising initiative. They've been using social media to spread awareness and personally visiting local businesses to hand out goodie bags, encouraging donations and sparking conversations.

"The goal is to push this initiative further," says Abigail, co-owner of Window Ninjas. " That's why we have started 'Ninja's for Good', a project set out to help us give back to the community and help as many people as possible who are struggling the way that we have struggled."

Window Ninjas hope is that their efforts bring a smile to the community and inspire others who are facing similar challenges to turn their experiences into strength and support for others.

Sometimes, the clearest view isn't the one through the glass - it's the one that sees a brighter future for the community.
