No agreement yet on Aberavon cup clash

The game was snowed off a fortnight ago and the clubs had been in talks to try and get the game on tomorrow.

But with Wales in action against Ireland, Aberavon were unwilling to come to Clifton Lane. The Welsh RFU insist on a blank weekend wherever possible when the national team plays.

Said a Lane spokesman: “We are still in discussions over when the game can take place.”

Neither side has anything to gain from the game taking place with Munster having already qualified for the semis.
