What are UKIP’s standards?
In the Advertiser of October 3 Cllr Reeder called for Labour councillors to repay allowances for what she claims is not doing their job.
Speaking as a former councillor an acceptable amount of time from election to holding your first surgery would be about two weeks. It took Cllr Reeder 68 days. Will she be repaying the £2260 she claimed in that time by cash or cheque?

Hide AdIndeed it took the average UKIP councillor 11 weeks to organise a surgery after being elected and they still have one councillor not advertising any surgeries.
Cllr Reeder is also a member of the Self Regulation Select Commission. On September 18 this committee questioned officers over the cost of the new improvement board and possible claims from survivors of child sexual exploitation. Cllr Reeder was absent and did not submit any apologies, the other UKIP councillor did not ask anything but then there were no members of the press to play politics in front of. Again Cllr Reeder will it be cash or cheque that you'll refund the taxpayer by?
Finally with regards to resignations there are UKIP councillors and candidates who knew about child sexual exploitation but did nothing, your own group leader Cllr Reeder voted against child protection measures and was on a best value review of neighbourhood policing whilst on the South Yorkshire Police Authority. When will you be calling for the resignation of your colleagues who knew and did nothing as well as having direct oversight of policing and blocked improved child protection Cllr Reeder?
Methinks the lady is inconsistent at best.
