“CARD did a little Rotherham-themed quiz which was a great hit too - lots of fun and laughter.

“The best highlight was that the ROC students got involved and were able to use the networking event as evidence towards their work portfolios.

“I came away with multiple partnership opportunities so I am just thrilled”

Jamie said that the event was to bring local businesses, organisations and people together to explore opportunities collaboratively and look at how a positive impact can be created for Rotherham.

It looked at how organisations can get involved with Citizens Advice Rotherham’s partnership opportunities through social value, corporate social responsibility and sponsorship.

Rotherham Opportunities College also shared opportunities around student placements.

Jamie said that the event was “a relaxed and informal morning”.
