The new tech has boosted productivity by up to 40 per cent compared with previous equipment used by the company.
Bosses hope it will allow a faster turnaround on customer orders.
Staff have completed training on the new equipment.
The installation forms part of the company’s wider £12m factory investment programme, which also includes a Canon varioPRINT iX3200 high-speed inkjet press.
Laura Mucklow, head of instantprint, said: “Our customers depend on us to deliver quality print quickly. These presses are already running up to 40 per cent faster than the equipment they replace, giving us more capacity to meet growing demand and keep that service dependable.
“Faster setup and less manual handling also give our manufacturing teams more time to focus on print quality.
“This investment supports our growth and the businesses across the UK that rely on us.”
