Family appeal over missing teenage mum

Police have issued an appeal to trace Laura Mary Wilson (17), last seen by family friends at around 9.30pm near her home in Holmes.

Laura is white, 5ft 7ins tall and of a medium build.

She has dark collar length hair and was wearing a red and white horizontal striped top, dark blue “skinny” jeans, Adidas plimsolls and a dark coloured parka type coat with fur around the hood. The parka has the brand name “Helly Hansen” in pink lettering.

A police spokesman said: “The family have not heard from Laura since Saturday evening and are understandably distraught and plead with the public to help them trace their loved one.”

 Anyone with any information that may help locate Laura is urged to call police on 01709 832218.
