Rotherham man charged over religiously-aggravated criminal damage after reports of graffiti at churches
He is due in court next month
A man is facing charges of racially and religiously-aggravated criminal damage after reports of a spray-painting spree - including allegedly daubing graffiti outside churches.

Glynn Salter, of Wesley Avenue, Swallownest, Rotherham, will be heading to court after being accused of painting racial and religious statements on roads.
It is reported that between July 29 and August 3 these statements were spray-painted on several roads, pavements and within car parks in the Aston and Swallownest areas.
Some of the graffiti is also said to have been put outside of churches and community centres.
Slater, 49, has been charged with 12 counts of racially and religiously-aggravated criminal damage.
He has been bailed ahead of his first appearance before Sheffield Magistrates' Court next month.
