When it comes to solving the nation’s biggest issues, perhaps deciding what the best pub snack is might not be at the top of everyone’s list.

But a light-hearted video released by new Prime Minister Andy Burnham and South Yorkshire-based Chancellor John Healey does just that.
The pair can be seen sat in a pub with drinks on the table in front of them, before tasty pub favourites are thrown to them and they have to decide where in a ranking of one to five they belong.
Scampi fries, KP nuts and pork scratchings all appear, with each politician having to put them in order without knowing what is coming next, hence the term ‘blind ranking’.
Blind ranking items is a popular internet trend.
Rawmarsh and Conisbrough MP Healey is quick to make scratching his top pick, which Burnham chooses crisps top of his pile.
The video came on the back of news the Prime Minister was cutting business rates for pubs, clubs and live music venues, by 20 per cent.
