HALLOWE’EN may have come and gone, but we can’t resist sharing this photo of the Mayor’s Consort as you’ve never seen him before.

Pat Keenan larked about with a werewolf mask as he and the Mayor of Rotherham, Cllr Eve Rose Keenan, supported the Hallowe’en fundraising event at Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, with Mini Mayor, Hazel Foulger (10), and Mini Deputy Mayor, Etienne Henderson (10).
