We're heading in right direction - Redfearn

MILLERS boss Neil Redfearn says the club is on course to become established at Championship level.

He says plenty of hard work in his first few weeks at the helm has brought a realiistic belief that the New York Stadium outfit can drive away from the bottom end of the table and continue to develop.

Ahead of two acid tests at Derby on Saturday and then at Boro on Tuesday, Redfearn believes that the club is heading in the right direction.

“We are little bit more organised and switched on and we’re starting to look like a good Championship side,” he said.

“The players know that we want to be established at this level and that we want to kick on.”

“They are buying into it even though they know that one or two new lads are going to be coming in – if we can get the right people – to try and help them.”
