Titans ace signs for rivals
Williams is the Titans longest serving current player, having first signed for the club in June 2013 and making 86 appearances.
The move to Clifton Lane was Williams' first professional rugby union contract after switching codes from rugby league where he competed for Keighley Cougars and York City Knights before trying his hand at the 15-a-side game with Otley.

The 31-year-old made a handful of appearances in his debut season as the Titans reached the end of season play-offs.
He became a mainstay in the Titans pack in 2014/15 as Rotherham went on to reach the play-offs for a second season running.
