Millers launch into friendlies

ROTHERHAM United take on Leicester City in their first friendly tonight as the build-up to the new football season begins.

New signings Luke Ashworth, Tom Newey, Ryan Cresswell, Johnny Mullins and Mark Bradley are all expected to get game time against the Foxes at Don Valley Stadium.

Manager Ronnie Moore said: "At this stage it's all about fitness and looking at different players and positions. It's also a chance for the lads to impress."

Tonight's game starts at 7.45pm and is followed by a friendly at Dinnington Town tomorrow (7.45pm).
