Jayce Fitzgerald leads the way ... Player ratings and match stats from Bromley 0 Rotherham United 2
'Pretty much ran the show in the second half.'
Paul Davis delivered his verdict as Alex Bruce’s saw off a team from the division above in the first round of the FA Cup at the Copperjax Community Stadium.

Millers (4-4-2)
Ted Cann: 7
Solid. Preferred to Julian Eyestone and justified his recall. There were a few dodgy kicks, but everything else was in good working order.
Denzel Hall: 7
Purred through the game. He's been playing well, in several positions, for a number of weeks and this was another assured display from him. Right-back is probably where he's best of all.
Sonny Aljofree: 8
Back to his early-season form. Barely put a foot wrong, and it was a joy to see how much he relished his first goal for the club when he put Rotherham in front with a fine header.
Kieran Ngwenya: 7
No frills. No issues. Just a committed defender doing his job.
Brandon William: 7
Improving with every appearance. One of two ' Manchester United' touches to go with a generally decent performance.
Aaron Nemane: 7
Caused a lot of problems for Bromley with his acceleration and trickery down the right flank. After a slow start to his Rotherham career, he's really taking off. Played the pass that set up Tom Bradshaw to score.
Josh Austerfield: 7
Busy rather than brilliant. His contribution was a vital one. He was running as hard at the end as he was at the start, and it was his cross that led to Aljofree's goal
Jayce Fitzgerald: 8
Too good for League Two. The rate of his development in the last month or so has been amazing. Sees what's 'on' and makes it happen. Pretty much ran the show in the second half. Has great feet and a bit of nastiness in him.
Brandon Cover: 7
Very similar to Austerfield as, bit by bit, minute by minute, the Millers won the midfield battle.
Tom Bradshaw: 7
Lively. Good to see. There's still some sharpness about him, despite his age, and he took his goal well. He's a clever player who makes the right runs and gets into the right places.
George Sebine: 8
This was the game that showed just how much the youngster might contribute during his loan spell. Direct and strong, he used his pace well and got past opponents. All that was missing was a goal - and he was extremely close to one of those. Really put up his hand to be in the starting 11 the next time Rotherham take to the field.
The subs
Klaidi Lolos (for Sebine 76): NA
Good on the ball in an encouraging cameo and came close to a first goal since his loan arrival.
Dean Gardner (for Bradshaw 87): NA
Showed one flash of skill to leave an opponent trailing but then pushed the ball too far and the danger was gone.
Not used: Julian Eyestone, Lenny Agbaire, Emmanuel Adegboyega, Hamish Douglas, Kane Richardson.

Opposition view
"We’ve tried to change the style and it will be a work in progress. We worked some wonderful areas in the first half.
"When we conceded late on in the first half, it was always going to be crucial. We must learn from the nature of the goals we conceded. I’m not too disappointed with what I saw overall. We will get better with time."
- new Bromley boss Karl Robinson
