BREAKING: Gee Evans departs Millers

CHIEF scout Gee Evans has left Rotherham United, the club has confirmed.

A statement said: "After four years at AESSEAL New York Stadium, Gee is leaving the Millers to spend some time away from football before seeking a new challenge.

"We would like to place on record our thanks to Gee for his service, effort and vital contribution to the recent success of Rotherham United, and everyone at the club would like to wish him every success in the future."

Gee was brought to the club by his brother, former Millers boss Steve Evans, and also worked with him at Boston and Crawley.
