M&S Mother’s Day hampers from £20 could solve your last-minute gift panic (aff)

It's time I held my hands up and admitted it, I'm absolutely rubbish at buying Mother's Day gifts. I ponder over my ideas for hours, then I usually just give in to the lack of inspiration and buy her some tulips from the petrol station on the way to her house. It's not really a gift that conveys the sort of gratitude I owe her for teaching me to use a spoon.
But someone suggested I should go and have a look at the M&S Mother's Day page and I was instantly spoiled for choice.
My mother deserves a bit of indulgence, so I narrowed my search down to luxury hampers. The first option in my short list was this lovely little box of Brownie and Blondie treats. Cleverly, they're contained in a box that fits through your letterbox, so I don't have to worry about them arriving when I'm out.
And the best bit is, this selection box costs just £20. What a bargain. But then I remembered my mother once paid for all my driving lessons. Now £20 seems a bit pathetic.
So I'm upping the budget. But I really don't need to go far because, for just £35 I could go for a "Pamper Gift" hamper. This looks terrific, because it comes with two mini Proseccos, a small bag of Swiss Hazelnut Chocolates, a scented candle, and two bottles of posh soap and lotion - all in a cute hamper box.

But then I noticed this White Wine and Chocolate Gift Box, which also costs £35. This comes in a lavish wooden case, and contains a bottle of Gavi - one of her favourite wines - and a rub of Golden Blond Salted Caramel bites. There's also a bar of Single Origin Milk Chocolate thrown in - and if you're an M&S regular you'll know how pricey that is. My mother definitely will.
