It will be all Greek as sessions teach special cooking skills

People can learn about Greek cookery at events later this year.

Meraki by Max events at Winthrop Gardens in Wickersley will see Max Mavrakis holding authentic Cretan cooking sessions.

The chef from the Bay Tree Bar and Bistro will be holding four-hour sessions on Sunday October 18, Monday October 19, Sunday November 15 and Monday November 16.

The events start at 9.30am for 9.45am until 1.30pm.

People will experience preparing food and then eat a two-course meal.

The cost to take part in £60 per person.

As it will be a small group experience, each session will have a maximum of 10 participants.

All ingredients will be provided with written recipes to take home afterwards.
