FLOODING: Graduations disrupted and Rother Valley Country Park closed
The university tweeted that official advice from police and the local authority was not to travel to Rotherham unless absolutely essential.
Despite our very best efforts to enable the Graduation ceremonies to go ahead today we have been left with no option but to sadly cancel.

Firefighters rescued more than 100 people across the region overnight.
Forge Island Car Park is now clear of floodwater but is closed today.
Nearby, the old Liquid car park, on Main Street, is also closed and three vehicles have been submerged in the floodwater.
