House prices in Rotherham increase by nearly 11 per cent from last year
HOUSE prices rose by more than a tenth in Rotherham within the space of a year.
It meant the average property price in the borough was £184,885 — up from £166,678.

Hide AdThe largest percentage increase was in Pendle, Lancashire, where the average house price went up 20.2 per cent, according to the figures.
Properties fell in value by 14.8 per cent in the City of Westminster — which was the largest annual drop in the UK.
Kensington and Chelsea currently has the highest house prices in England with an average value of £1,278,200.
Burnley had the lowest average house price in the UK for January 2023 at £117,241.
