Support for those wanting to quit smoking in ‘Stoptober’

This includes the NHS Quit Smoking App and Get Healthy Rotherham — a free specialist service for adults providing a range of support via telephone, face-to-face sessions and an online quit programme.

“It is important to remember that you’re not on your own.
“There is advice, guidance and support available through the use of apps and our Get Healthy Rotherham service so please do not struggle alone.
