Two more suspects arrested on suspicion of murder of Rotherham man Adam Clapham

ANOTHER two people have been arrested by police who are investigating the suspected murder of a Rotherham man.

Adam Clapham (31) was found unresponsive by police, who said he had died on Spring Street near Tesco on the morning of September 19.

Two men — aged 18 and 23 — were arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder, false imprisonment, section 18 grievous bodily harm, and causing a male to engage in sexual activity.

Police said both men are currently in custody.

Five people have been charged in relation to Mr Clapham’s murder.

Robert Crookes (31), Lynette Myers (38), Kieron Millar (29), and a 16 year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have appeared in court over the death, with

Martin Shaw (43) is accused of assisting an offender.

Millar, Myers, Crookes and the youth are charged with murder, false imprisonment, grievous bodily harm and sexual offences.
