TV and scooter set alight by arsonists
ARSONISTS struck twice overnight in the borough as an abandoned TV and then a scooter were set alight.
Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to an television, believed to have been deliberately set on fire at 1.50am on Lilian Street, Wellgate. The crew came away at 2.10am.
A scooter was then deliberately set on fire at 2.40am on Green Street, Balby. A crew from Edlington station attended the incident and left at 3.15am.
