Shopper subjected to attempted wounding and carjacking incident at Parkgate shopping centre
POLICE are investigating reports of an attempted wounding and vehicle theft at Parkgate Shopping.
A shopper was returning to his vehicle when he found an unknown man inside at 2.30pm on Wednesday.
Officers said the would-be carjacker had entered another vehicle which was driven “deliberately” at the victim before fleeing the scene.
The victim was unharmed during the incident, they said.
