Pair accused of holding up pizza delivery driver appear in court

A MAN and a teenage boy have appeared in court charged with robbery after a pizza delivery driver was allegedly held-up at gunpoint.
Curtis Pass (21), of Meadow Street, Ferham, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, entered no pleas to charges of robbery and possession of an imitation firearm when they appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court last Friday (12).
It is alleged that Pass and his accomplice threatened a pizza delivery driver with a weapon on April 7 before stealing his motorbike.
Pass, who was remanded in custody, and the boy are both due to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on May 10.
