Hide AdSophie was diagnosed with a brain tumour in June after suffering a seizure.
She underwent surgery to remove 95 per cent of the tumour, but was told that she had a grade 4 glioblastoma which could not be cured.
Chloe is one of a raft of family and friends who have rallied round to fund-raise and help Sophie make memories with their young son.
A special Sophie’s Day at Greasbrough Club earlier this month, organised by her step-sister Laura Hirst, brought in £11,000.

Hide AdChloe (23) said: “Remi was only 14 months old when they found out, so it's really important for them to have a chance to do a lot of things together.
“That way, Remi will always have amazing memories of his mummy.”
Chloe said she was heartened that so many people had generously donated, adding: “Sophie is really positive, which has touched so many people."
“They gave her the all-clear to go clubbing and be like a regular 21-year-old and people recognised her when she was out.

Chloe said she and Sophie, who is continuing her cancer treatment, had both grown up in the same street in Kimberworth.
A Facebook page, Sophie’s Journey, is charting all the fundraising efforts and also allowing the brave mum to share her thoughts, she added.
“She is just sharing her journey, which is really important,” said Chloe.
