One further death and Covid patient numbers drop by half
THE number of inpatients in Rotherham Hospital who have tested positive for Covid-19 has dropped by half in just over a week.
There were 59 patients in hospital as of last Wednesday, with the figure dropping to 29 this Friday morning, with one patient in critical care and one further death.
The total number of inpatients who have tested positive at the hospital since the start of the pandemic is now 5,631.
