Covid-positive deaths and inpatient numbers fall at Rotherham Hospital
COVID-positive deaths and patient numbers have both fallen at Rotherham Hospital in the last week.
As of this morning, patient numbers among those testing positive for Covid-19 dropped to 28 — down from 32 last week — with no-one in critical care.
Deaths at the hospital among patients who had tested positive for Covid-19 over the past week also fell, from five to two.
Overall, 4,681 inpatients at the hospital have returned a positive test for the virus since the start of the pandemic.
