Concrete paving slab thrown at back door as burglars attempt break-in
CCTV captured the moment burglars attempted to break-in to a family home using a concrete paving stone.
Two burglars caught on camera lurking in the back garden of a house in Aston Lane, Aughton before finding a concrete slab and throwing it towards the property’s back door.
Police said a bag had been taken from the home during the incident at around 5.30pm on Sunday (December 4) it had been was discarded outside.
They said nothing had been taken from the bag.
