Summing up the evidence today (Monday), Judge Michael Slater said that the complainant said: “I didn’t know what he was doing was a crime.
“I thought it was normal.”
The complainant told police that he was made to perform sexual acts on Singh three or four times a week, Judge Slater said.
“He put my face on the pillow so I wouldn’t make a noise as well,” he told police.
“I tried to crawl away but he just held me down.
“He said it would get better.

He told police that Singh had taken photographs and videos of him performing sexual acts, Judge Slater said.
The court heard previously that the complainant told a nurse when he was 18 that he had been raped multiple times when he was 11.
He did not want to make a formal complaint at that time, but, a year-and-a-half later he reported it to the police.
