To enter fill in the attached entry form and post it to the Captain at Garnett Dickinson Publishing Ltd, Brookfields Way, Manvers, Wath, Rotherham, S63 5DL and title it York Dungeon. 

The closing date is noon on July 28 and the winners will be the sender of the first correct entries pulled out of the Captain’s postbag.

Please note the prize does not include travel to York, and must be redeemed by December 31 2016.

 

Terms and conditions

1.    The York Dungeon (Attraction) will be providing the Rotherham Advertiser with x 3 day family tickets to the Attraction for four people, subject to availability.

2.    The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Prize will automatically be void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Prize for value. Photocopies will not be accepted.

3.    The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or on the day of any special event at the Attraction.

4.    The Prize must be redeemed by 31/12/16. After this time the Prize will be invalid.

5.    The winner must contact [email protected] to redeem their prize and give at least 4 weeks’ notice for their visit.

6.    The Prize remains the property of Merlin Entertainments (The Dungeons) Limited (Merlin) at all times and Merlin reserves the right to take possession of the Prize at any time and for any reason. The Family Pass must be presented at the Attraction entrance & surrendered to the ticket booth operator.

7.    Features and/or creatures shown on the Family Pass are not necessarily available at the Attraction.

8.    The Attraction reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of its facilities including removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over capacity.

9.    The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the Attraction available at www.thedungeons.com  which also contains details of the Attraction’s opening times and operating calendar.

10.  It is recommended that The York Dungeon is suitable for children 10 years and older as the experience is based on ‘scary fun’. Entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
