RAINBOWS, BROWNIES AND GUIDES: The brownies began working on the Designer badge. They began a four week carousel of activities all based on the Designer badge. The activities include designing a web page, designing an outfit, book cover, bedroom and an extra activity of making truffles. The guides were set a challenge of making truffles and peppermint creams without recipes. The recipe was read out to the girls and they had to try and remember the quantities. All the girls managed to produce the truffles with varying degrees of success.
