Tyson Fury’s father adds punch to new video from The Reytons

THE father of a world heavyweight boxing champion has put one of the world’s fastest growing bands through their paces in a quirky new promotional video.

John Fury, dad to ‘Gypsy King’ Tyson Fury, has appeared alongside Rotherham’s own indie-rock band The Reytons to promote their new UK tour.

Fury, a trainer and former professional boxer, is seen getting the band into top shape ahead of their upcoming shows.

But the training regime was a little different for one which his son Tyson would be familiar with ahead of his own fights as Fury is shown telling the band to sharpen up their singing and instrument playing.

Having knocked out the competition to reach the UK number one album charts without a label in January, the band announced a 13-date UK tour from September to

November, taking in places such as Sheffield, London, Birmingham and Manchester.

They said they were “upping their levels” ahead of what will be their biggest ever tour in the UK.
