TV celebrities set to tread the boards in play

Diane Keen – who has starred in TV’s The Cuckoo Waltz, The Ruth Rendell Mysteries and Doctors – joins Graham Cole, famed for his role in The Bill, at Doncaster’s Cast theatre later this month (October).

You’re Never Too Old will be staged from October 22 to October 24 as part of a nationwide tour.

It tells the tale of Tommy and Ada who meet on a park bench and begin to confide secrets despite being from very different backgrounds.

The play achieved a good critical response at 2014’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe and is directed by Danusia Iwaszko.
