One half of folk and acoustic roots pioneers Show Of Hands, he is known as a top-class filddler but is also a master of the slide, Spanish and tenor guitars, mandocello, viola, mandolin and South American cuatro.

Phil’s songs, drawn from memory and experience, are interspersed with his musings.
