Songwriter Eliot Kennedy brings Broadway to South Yorkshire
Sheffield City Hall will host the gig on February 18, which follows the record producers return from launching new children’s show Coco Melon Live in New York.

Hide AdEliot, originally from Dinnington, recently been working on Broadway shows, including Finding Neverland, which he co-wrote with Gary Barlow, and he has more in the pipeline.
But his focus for the City Hall gig will be his first solo album, A Yacht Named Sue, which he has yet to perform live.
Eliot said: “It will be very emotional, as well as a lot of fun, to play my debut album.

Hide Ad“It's been 25 years in the making since I had my first hit with Take That. I've done a lot of growing up since then.
“The album is very much a result of my own life experiences.”
The Sheffield singer-songwriter and producer has won an Ivor and a Grammy, and scored film scores on both sides of the Atlantic.

Hide AdEliot also promises to perform some of his greatest pop hits he has written for global stars including the Spice Girls and Bryan Adams.
Eliot added: “It will be a personal and intimate evening with some behind the scenes stories from my career, and some very special guest appearances.”
Eliot Kennedy: A Yacht Named Sue — Plus Friends is at the City Hall at 7.15pm on Friday, February 18.
