PICTURE SPECIAL: Poignant lights at the lake
PICTURESQUE Manvers Lake provided the backdrop for a poignant twilight fundraiser in aid of Bluebell Wood.
Crowds gathered on Saturday evening to send environmentally-friendly rafts with lanterns out onto the water.
Each also carried a personal dedication in memory of a lost loved one — and the Light Up The Lake event helped create a moving spectacle and bring in much-needed cash for the North Anston children’s hospice.
