Organist plays for historic Wentworth church

WORK by Schumann, Puccini and Mozart will feature during a concert at a historic village church this weekend.

Church organist Richard Taylor will take to the piano at Wentworth’s Holy Trinity Church at 7.30pm tomorrow evening to accompany soprano Kate Hyland-Collier, who is a member of the Huddersfield Choral Society.

The concert will also include pieces by William Walton, and piano solos, including Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata, and Chopin’s Scherzo No 2.
