Flowers are a more relaxed, romantic option and work well for weddings abroad or venues with extensive gardens.

But then again...a flower covered in crystals would look stunning at a winter wedding.

It may be worth asking your hair stylist what would work best with your hair type and the style you are going for.

Designs range from a simple silk flower, to multi-shade ensembles with diamantes or feather and pearl details.

Remember to think about the neckline and style of your dress because you don’t want too many styles going on. Also, if your dress has a corsage, it may be too much to have a flower in your hair.

And make sure that the colours match or compliment each other. A bright white flower may look strange against an ivory vintage lace gown or champagne silk dress.
