Free events in and around Tramlines festival

TRAMLINES festival returns this weekend and although most event stages are ticketed there are still some free areas to enjoy.

The Peace Gardens near to Sheffield Town Hall will be bustling all weekend with a host of international musicians including Whitney Houston’s nephew, Gary Houston.

Robert Maseko and The Congobeat, a central-African dance band, will headline the stage later that day.

The Weston Park bandstand in Weston Park next to Sheffield Children’s Hospital will host various musicians over the weekend, which people can enjoy free of charge alongside food stalls and fairground rides.
