Free Email course on offer in Wombwell

HELP with email and getting online is on offer at a quick course being run in the Dearne Valley next week.

A short course for people who do not have an email address but would like to learn how to set one up and manage an email account is being put on by Barnsley Council’s Adult Learning Service.

The free three-hour course takes place at Wombwell Centre, Barnsley Road, Wombwell, from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Tuesday, October 22.

Learners will be shown how to create an email address, send, receive and reply to emails, add attachments to an email and save and edit attachments.

The course has been designed for anyone who has limited computer knowledge and is interested in using email for applying for jobs.
