Family's open invite to Christmas dinner

They are opening their doors to the elderly, lonely and anyone else who wants to join them.

“Last year we had our Christmas dinner at home and both my daughters said why did we not put one on for other people next year.
“We asked the church if we could have the hall and they said that was fine.
“We’ve handed out leaflets in the area and advertised in the local newsletter but we want people to know about it more widely.

Peter and Margaret will be organising the meal with daughters Sarah Hackett and Jacqui Lewis and their partners Wayne Hackett and Jason Morris.
Peter said transport could be arranged if people were unable to make their own way there.
Anyone wanting to take part in the Christmas feast, which will begin at 2pm, is asked to call Peter on 01709 860095.
