Dearne health scheme kicks off
MEN over 35 who want to kickstart a healthier lifestyle can sign up for a free fitness programme next week.
The Fit Reds scheme backed by Barnsley FC comes to Dearne ALC at Goldthorpe at 7pm next Monday.
Fit Reds is a free eight-week programme aimed at improving the health of men and cutting the risk of heart disease.
