Classic children's story set to grace Cast stage

A MUSICAL adaptation of a children’s literary classic is set to entertain youngsters on stage later this month.

Julia Donaldson’s The Gruffalo’s Child is coming to Doncaster’s Cast Theatre from Thursday, June 16 to Sunday, June 19.

The production is based on Children’s Laureate Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s award-winning picture book sequel to The Gruffalo.

The Gruffalo’s Child has been adapted for the stage by theatre company Tall Stories which was behind The Gruffalo’s West End success and sell-out tour.

The musical production promises songs, laughs and scary fun for children aged from three and their families.
