Britpop, punk and ska bands to raise money for Rotherham Hospice

Dean Darwin is organising his annual charity event at the Phoenix Pavilion in Brinsworth on Saturday from 6pm until late.

Mod, ska and punk covers band The Strikes and Britpop and indie group Sonnet will perform and there will be a disco afterwards.

Tickets priced £10 are available on the door, from the pub or from Dean on 07738 020636.

Dean, from Whiston, said he had chosen to support the hospice as close relatives had been cared for there in their final days.
