Young actors bring Shakespeare to Rotherham

A FAST-paced production with a cast of just four actors will bring William Shakespeare’s Macbeth to Rotherham next week.

Break-Out Arts will perform “the Scottish play”, a compelling story of ambition, murder, betrayal, loss and power, at the Civic next Friday and Saturday.

This performance uses only simple props, set and costume with a tiny cast playing all of the roles.

The actors are all young professionals who have studied at University Centre Rotherham, as well as other universities and drama schools, and have returned to Rotherham to work for Break-Out Arts.
