We're ready for it, says Bester

Bester leads his Rotherham side into the promotion play-offs, which start with tomorrow’s clash against old foes Bedford Blues at Clifton Lane.

And, despite Titans starting three match points behind in their group rankings, Bester says the mood in the camp is bubbling.

“We’ve had a huge two weeks,” he said. “There’s a real buzz around and for the players this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

“We know Bedford are a quality side and it’s a massive opener for us. But we aren’t turning up to lose this match."
