We have to learn lessons - Titans' skipper

TITANS face London Welsh in an acid test tomorrow - and skipper Tom Holmes says it's vital that lessons are learned from last week.

Holmes has rallied his troops ahead of the clash, saying: “We can't let that Bedford result happen to us again.”

Holmes was shell-shocked by the 46-28 demolition at Goldington Road and knows Rotherham have to make an immediate response when they face relegated Premiership side Welsh.

He said: “I've told the lads we've got to take our medicine. We can point fingers and we can fall out – or we can stay together, make sure we get on the right track and learn something going into the Welsh game."

Kick off is 3pm
